I’ve visited Circle Clinic twice this year, and both times I left completely satisfied — with the service, the treatments, and the whole experience. The atmosphere is wonderfully private, and you can genuinely feel how much every staff member cares about each client. Before my treatments, I had a consultation with one of their doctors, and thanks to her professionalism and extensive experience, I ended up with the perfect combination of treatments for my needs. A special mention also goes to Stacy, their consultant, whose English is perfect and whose advice is thoughtful and treatment-focused. She never once tried to upsell me, which means a great deal and speaks volumes about the clinic’s integrity. What really touched me was that they reached out a few weeks after my visit simply to ask how my results were coming along and whether everything was okay. That kind of follow-up isn’t something you find everywhere. If you value high standards of service and truly skilled specialists, I wholeheartedly recommend Circle Clinic. I’ll be returning as soon as I can.

Being able to communicate in English helped the consultation go smoothly and gave me confidence. Dr. Suh patiently listened to my concerns and recommended a tailored combination of VIRTUE RF Laser, NP (No Pain) Skin Booster, and a Hydrafacial, all with no downtime, just as I wanted. The procedures were relaxing, gentle, and completely painless with the numbing cream. The NP Skin Booster was my favourite. Fast, visible results with almost no downtime, perfect for a busy schedule. I also appreciated the detailed post treatment care sent via WhatsApp, which showed how much they care even after the session. Overall, the experience was professional, exclusive, and effective. I traveled to Seoul with my sister and a friend specifically for advanced skincare treatments tailored to our individual concerns. Given the sheer number of clinics, treatment options, and the language barrier, the process initially felt overwhelming. Finding Circle Clinic — and especially Estelle, their English-speaking consultant — completely changed the experience. Estelle was phenomenal: patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and thoughtful in helping each of us build a personalized treatment plan that actually made sense for our skin and goals. From the initial consultation through treatment and post-care, everything was seamless and exceptionally well run. Dr. Suh is truly outstanding. She speaks English well, is pragmatic and deeply knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure we were comfortable, informed, and happy at every step — from the plan itself to the treatments and results. While the pricing is more premium than some other clinics in Seoul, it was absolutely worth it. Even at that level, it was still less than comparable care in the U.S., especially considering the highly customized plans, access to treatments not available in the U.S., and the overall level of care and attention. I couldn’t recommend Cheongdam CiRCLE Clinic more highly.

The director’s injection skill was excellent and the result was immediately visible. However, the consultation process needs improvement. I waited longer than expected before meeting the doctor, and the consultation was done by a staff member who did not address my actual concerns (closed comedones and acne). High-priced treatments were recommended without clear medical explanation, and I only met the doctor right before the procedure. For a clinic in this price range, clearer communication, doctor-led consultation, and better coordination are expected.
