I visited Heal Clinic 2 weeks ago and honestly had one of the best clinic experiences I've had in Seoul. From the moment I walked in, everything felt premium private consultation rooms, a genuinely luxurious atmosphere, and a level of care that made me feel like a VIP rather than just another patient. My representative Dianna was with me the entire time, guiding me through every step, translating my concerns to the doctors, and making sure I felt comfortable and informed. Her English was very good and she never made me feel rushed. The consultation itself was impressive the representative, the manager, even the doctor came in to examine me, which immediately gave me confidence that my concerns were being taken seriously. They also have 3D photo technology where you can see your face on screen and visualise potential results before committing to anything genuinely futuristic and so helpful. Before my treatment, I was taken to my own VIP room where they removed my makeup and prepared me and after the treatment, I had a lovely mini mask session to finish everything off properly. Yes, the prices are on the higher end but you truly pay for what you get. This is princess treatment, and if you're looking for a clinic in Seoul where you feel seen, heard, and taken care of from start to finish, Heal Clinic is it!

From the initial consultation to the actual treatment, the entire experience was seamless and welcoming. Elena and Joey took the time to patiently walk me through all the available treatment options tailored to my specific skin goals. Dr. Kang was absolutely wonderful. Her meticulous approach and genuine care in keeping discomfort to a minimum made all the difference. The prices are on the higher end compared to other clinics, but I felt like royalty from start to finish. Highly recommend! 💆‍♀️✨

The Heal Dermatologist was absolutely wonderful:) i’ve been living in seoul for about 3 years now and have been to many clinics (some speak english some don’t) but The Heal was absolutely an amazing experience. 지수 (Jisoo) and Joey did such an amazing job explaining all the procedures i was receiving. As well as doctor Park made me feel so comfortable and confident through the whole process. I will definitely be coming back here :)

First time trying out microneedling for my acne scars and I’m very glad to have chosen The Heal for the treatment. Was strongly recommended by my colleague all the way back in Singapore and they definitely did not disappoint. I loved my experience at The Heal. It's my first time seeking a comprehensive set of skin/derm treatments and The Heal ticked all the boxes. Once the appt was set, there was no wait time when I arrived. Dianna, who was paired with me, took the absolute best care of me and my needs. She understood what I was looking for and what my concerns were and perfectly conveyed them to the doctor and staff - she was a definite highlight of my experience here! I also hugely appreciated that Dr Park (min woo) was the one who consulted and performed my procedures. The exchanges with him were prompt but never hurried. He listened to the concerns I had and was ready to provide his perspective and the best procedures for me. I never felt pushed to go for something that wasn't necessary or I wasnt ready for. I decided to do onda for lifting, exosomes, masseter botox and milia seed removal after a review with manager Joey. Everything was very smooth with minimal wait times, and every step was clearly explained to me with the help of Dianna. The space itself is beautiful, tasteful and extremely comfortable. I had my own very private room in between procedures which I liked. I left the clinic feeling refreshed and glowing, with minimal downtime which was what I asked for. Really great experience at The Heal for dermatology procedures. I struggled for a while to find a clinic here that was foreigner-friendly and didn’t feel like a factory line. I also wanted a full consultation as I didn’t know what procedures I wanted, and our interpreter, Joey, was amazing at explaining everything the doctor recommended. They were not pushy with procedures at all and I felt very comfortable the entire time. It was nice to have a private room to relax as they cleansed your face and they even added on soothing treatments complimentary after the medical ones. Great for someone looking for a luxury, personalized clinic.

之前风很大的一家，很难约，不过现在感觉还好约一些，大大的落地窗拍照比较好看，治疗室很干净。

之前看大家说的避雷，但是我还是去了，还是要自己去尝试，没有踩雷
