I had a reservation for a nose surgery and arrived exactly on time because they told me to. But guess what? I had to wait for more than an hour and a half. What’s the point of taking reservations if you make people wait like this? It’s completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The front desk staff didn’t even bother to apologize once. They just ignored everyone waiting as if it was normal. And let me be honest — the Korean reviews are all advertisements. Don’t be fooled. This place doesn’t care about patients at all.

I stayed in Korea for two weeks and originally did not have any plans to get surgery. My sister had done extensive research and found Dr. Hong Daewon at TS Plastic Surgery. I visited TS for a consultation today, and the experience was excellent. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the environment was clean and well-maintained. Dr. Lee Sang Kyun took the time to address my concerns with great care and attention to detail.

I made a reservation for double eye lid surgery back in July for this December. The communication was good before I made the reservation and so I send my deposit to secure the spot. I contacted them again to confirm my appointment last week and got no response until today which is already 6 days . I check to make sure the WhatsApp chat is correct and I called but they hang up on me maybe because they cannot speak English. I am trying to reach out to cancel and get my deposit back since I am not comfortable to get my surgery there anymore. The rate based on my experience on just communicating with them but it also shows how bad their customer service is . Wish me luck and hopefully I can get my 310K won deposit back .
