I had been researching surgeons in Seoul for over a year, trying to find the right doctor and clinic. Unfortunately, many of the places I contacted seemed to overcharge, likely because I’m a foreigner living in Korea. A friend referred me to The Plastic Surgery after having her own procedure done there with Motiva, which was exactly what I was looking for. After reading countless reviews online, I felt very reassured by the consistently positive experiences people shared. During my research, I also kept seeing Dr. Ock Jae Jin’s name come up as one of the top Motiva surgeons, which made me even more confident in choosing this clinic. I was able to have a consultation with him the same day, and I immediately felt at ease. Dr. Ock Jae Jin genuinely listened to what I wanted and made me feel heard and respected. Unlike other places, he never treated me like just another number or dollar sign. After the consultation, I felt completely comfortable moving forward, so I placed a deposit to secure my pricing and scheduled my surgery date. To be continued.

I am writing this review with deep disappointment and anger. I had my breast reconstruction surgery at this hospital after battling breast cancer. At the time, I was grateful and trusted them. Because of that trust, I referred many friends and acquaintances here over the years. Recently, a family friend of ours wanted a consultation for surgery and asked my mother to go with her for support. The moment they entered the hospital, my mother was told to leave and wait outside. Two Front desk lady and Director Mooon wasn’t even allowed to sit on the lobby sofa. No explanation. No courtesy. My mom was treated as if she didn’t belong there — as if she were some kind of nuisance. This happened in the middle of winter. My mom was forced to wait outside for nearly five hours in the cold. Since that day, she has been physically unwell and is still receiving medical treatment. When I came back to Korea and heard what happened, I was beyond furious. I genuinely regret ever referring anyone to this place. Plastic surgery is still medical care — but it is also a service industry. Patients pay significant amounts of money and deserve basic human respect. There is absolutely no excuse for staff who lack even the most fundamental level of professionalism and compassion. No one should have to pay to be treated with disrespect. If you are considering plastic surgery in Korea, I strongly urge you to avoid this hospital. There are many other clinics that provide skilled medical care without sacrificing basic decency. Do not spend your money somewhere that treats families this way. Stop hiding behind your so-called "policy" with these pathetic excuses. If your policy prohibits guardians on surgery days, you should have informed us in advance. The core of this issue is your complete failure to notify us beforehand, your aggressive expulsion of my mother on-site, and the fact that your front desk staff and Director Moon treated her like a piece of garbage, leaving her deeply humiliated. It was your staff's sheer rudeness and total lack of empathy—not your policy—that left my mother physically and emotionally scarred. 是一个综合医院，有整外，也有皮肤，这次面诊的小腿吸脂，我的小腿看起来比我男朋友的腿还粗，这次终于趁着暑假面诊，院长给腿上也画了详细的线，讲解了方案，听完后我就选择做了，本来只是计划面诊下而已

I came to THE (More) Plastic Surgery clinic for a breast revision operation, they were very accommodating to me from beginning to end. I did not speak any Korean, but they have an in-house translator, Jun, shes super amazing and made sure there was never any uncertainty due to language barrier at all. Also my surgeon, Hyokyung Yoo,she spoke FLUENT english which is also super amazing. I felt very in the know and assured from the get-go.Prior to coming here I did all the research I can online, babitalk, gangnam-unni, purseforum, you name it, I most likely have researched it. This is my second and hopefully last breast surgery and im glad I came to this hospital. I highly recommend and will be recommending THE (More) Plastic hospital to anyone and everyone.

When first talking to the staff I had a lot of questions, all of which were answered. When it came time to have the surgery they were very accommodating. There was a translator and they also let my friend help too. All instructions were very clear leading up to the surgery, the day of the surgery, and after. Everything went by super quick. I had no pain at all afterwards. I’ve gone back in for check-ups twice now, which always go super fast. They are very concious about making sure everything heals well and leaves little scarring. So far the results are better than expected. For anybody looking for breast reduction I highly recommend it. I cannot stress enough that they are very kind here.

I had been planning on having a breast reduction for quite some time, and when I finally decided, a good Korean friend recommended this clinic. Ever since day 1 (consultation) they provided a translator to help me through the whole process. All the staff was so kind and friendly, which made the experience so much more personalized and simple, specially as a foreigner. After surgery, everything was pretty much easy, I didn’t feel much pain and I could get back into normal life quite fast. Results were as good as expected! Now I feel more comfortable in my own skin and I can wear a lot of clothes I couldn’t before. I want to thank all the staff and friends for all the help and attention. Wether you are Korean or foreigner, I highly recommend this clinic.
