Very disappointing. Did a hydrating treatment and told them i didnt want invasive machines, they said okay they will use the massager and massage the hydration serum in. My appt was at 11am. I had consult and entered the room at 1230? I only got to do my hydration at 2pm? And they just left me in the room with a led light treatment that was free. But all my other friends that went in with more in depth treatment finished first. Then it was my turn and the lady put a face mask for 10mins and took ir out and patted it in, then put some sunblock and called it a day... crazy this was 88000krw for a 15min facemask... i asked them ab it and they then gave the massager machine. But the whole time the environment was so chaotic, people accidentally coming into the room 3x and open the door v loudly, the staff snatching for the machines the second im done, and it all felt ver half hearted... do not recommend for facial services, maybe fillers or laser treatments are better... 1/10 exp felt scammed and would not reccomend
