Great experience at Sugar Plastic Surgery ​I had a really good experience with Sugar Plastic Surgery for my nose surgery consultation. They were very flexible and I managed to get a same day consultation appointment, which was great. The clinic itself is beautiful, clean and very easy to find. ​When we arrived, they offered us something to drink and made us feel welcome right away. The doctor was very kind and professional and answered all of my questions in detail, so I didn't feel rushed at all. Also, the communication was excellent everything was clearly and accurately translated for me. I left the clinic feeling well informed and comfortable. Definitely recommend them.

I reached out through WhatsApp to inquire about double eyelid surgery with Dr. Jin-Hyung Kim, and the English-speaking consultant, Michelle, was very responsive and consistently provided detailed answers to all of my questions. She guided me throughout the entire process, from the online consultation, in-person consultation, surgery, and aftercare. She was so kind and wonderful! Dr. Kim was friendly, and the thorough consultation gave me the confidence to go through with the surgery. I originally booked for double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and epicanthoplasty but after the consultations I also added lower + lateral canthoplasty and entropion correction. The surgery went smoothly and I returned to the clinic throughout the week for de-swelling treatments. I was surprised by how quickly my bruising and swelling decreased before stitch removal, which I think is a testament to Dr. Kim's skill and expertise, the exceptional in-clinic aftercare, and the detailed post-op care instructions they provided. It's only been 2 weeks but I'm already so happy with how my eyes look! I'm excited to see the final results once I'm fully healed!

After visiting around ten different clinics and thinking it over for a long time, I finally decided to undergo non-incisional double eyelid surgery along with upper eyelid (epicanthoplasty) surgery. There were two main reasons for my decision. First, the doctor is not only highly skilled but also very meticulous and attentive. Thanks to the detailed and kind explanations, we were able to find a design that suited my eyes perfectly. Second, the consultation manager and all the staff were very friendly, which made me feel reassured and comfortable throughout the process. The doctor was super kind and meticulous last time, and so many people asked me where I got my treatment done! and it is good to do Rejuran consistently in shorter intervals, so I thought it was about time to visit again. I’m really glad I did it under sedation this time again it made the whole process so much easier and more comfortable. I got Rejuran and Exosome Black together this time and the doctor treated even around my eyes so precisely—I don’t think it would’ve been possible without sedation! The consultation was, as always, so kind and detailed, and the results are amazing. People around me can really see the difference, which makes me so satisfied. 💖 Honestly, I don’t think I can go anywhere else now. 😆
