It was a smooth and good experience so far. I need to wait to see the results. What I liked is they ask me for my allergies and check with the doctor and confirmed treatments like BloodNA Pnp don’t suit me. There was a little less chat and introduction from the doctor who did my treatment. I did not get to see the Ultheraphy Prime certification and stuff but took a pic at the end, I paid for 600 shot but they delivered initallly 300 and forgot the other 300 until I reminded them. I guess it’s more a high volume factory line kind of skin treatment services center. They were kind courteous and professional but don’t really give you personalised in depth advice on what you need so it’s good if you already know your problems and what you want to resolve.

This is my first time doing any facial treatment in Korea. I just finished the treatment (picture was me wearing the numbing cream). I’m still recovering and trying to make sense of this experience (feeling like being punched just now hahah women are incredible creatures). I am really thankful for choosing the shinebeam clinic. I had three very helpful staffs: Sharon was my consultant for the skin analysis. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and curiously checking up new information when she doesn’t know the details. She helped me to choose the treatment that is the best fit for my skin based on the analysis result and balancing with my budget and comfort level. There was no selling of expensive product or a feeling of obligation for her recommendation at all—which I really appreciate. And she speaks perfect Chinese. Secondly I got helped by loan, the physician assistant who did my numbing and the post calming procedures. She speaks good English and was friendly to talk with. It’s very helpful to talk to someone warm and understanding when you went through a painful process. Thirdly, I had the help from a doctor (not sure of his name) but he was patient and kind. It’s my first time doing the treatment and I was nervous. Hed inform me when the treatment is starting, and checked in with me when I appeared nervous (my hand probably was holding super tightly). And he encouraged me in Korean that we’re almost done. He told me he had done the treatment many times which made me feel safe as well. Last but not least, the staff member at front desk (Seyoung) was very helpful and friendly. He’s very smily wand made it a warm and cheerful environment. I am looking forward to seeing the outcome of this, and will fly back to US in a few days. If the result turns out well I will definitely come back to try other things! I visited Shinebeam Clinic in Gangnam after seeing their Instagram content and expecting a more personalized and premium experience. Unfortunately, my experience did not match what was advertised. The initial consultation was decent, but it felt very basic and transactional. Unlike what I expected from their social media presence, there was no skin analysis or in-depth assessment of my skin concerns. The consultant mostly asked what procedures I wanted to do instead of evaluating my skin and recommending treatments tailored to my needs. I ended up getting PRP microneedling, which seemed to be the treatment recommended to most patients, Botox because I specifically requested it, and a facial treatment. I also asked about lasers for skin tightening and lifting, hoping to get professional guidance on which option would best suit my skin. However, the consultant simply mentioned that laser treatments were expensive, and would need multiple sessions to achieve results. The biggest disappointment came on the treatment floor (4th floor). After paying, I handed my receipt to the receptionist, who briefly pointed me toward the wash station and told me to wash my face and wait. There was no explanation about the treatment process, estimated waiting time, or what to expect. The treatment area itself was not made up of private rooms but consisted of multiple small beds separated only by curtains. The environment felt very crowded, noisy, and hectic, with staff constantly moving around and patients coming and going. I was simply asked to lie down and wait, with little communication from the staff. They drew my blood for the PRP treatment and applied numbing cream to my face. After that, I waited approximately 1.5 hours with numbing cream still on my face before anyone attended to me. It was only after I asked what was happening that staff came back and removed the cream. I was then instructed to move to another bed that had just been vacated by another patient. I did not see the bed being cleaned or the linens being changed before I was asked to lie down, which made me uncomfortable from a hygiene standpoint. The actual procedures themselves felt rushed and lasted less than 25 minutes in total. Despite spending about 4.5 hours at the clinic, most of that time consisted of waiting. The overall impression I got was that the clinic accommodates a very high volume of patients, and as a result, the experience feels assembly-line style rather than personalized. Communication was minimal, the atmosphere was chaotic, and I never felt fully informed or cared for throughout the process. While the staff were not rude and the treatments were completed as scheduled, the experience fell short of my expectations. If you’re looking for a highly personalized consultation, detailed skin analysis, a calm environment, and more attentive patient care, this clinic may not be the best fit. However, if your priority is simply getting procedures done at a relatively quick pace in a high-volume clinic, your experience may differ from mine. Overall rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5)

The staff were friendly, the clinic was clean and efficient, and the doctor took time to explain everything clearly. Very happy with my visit and would definitely come back.

Very much a “factory” type clinic, I was looking for procedures more than a spa treatment so I was ok with that. I found the consultation to be way more informative and valuable than expected. They do offer a goodie bag for writing a review which I feel I need to disclose. Overall good experience

I was traveling to Korea for 48 hours and was able to secure an appointment here last minute. They have English speaking staff- Cherry was great and so helpful for my consultation and all the Doctors were wonderful. The clinic was clean and everyone helped me feel at ease with the procedures.

Easy to locate! Very clean and spacious. Fluent in English. Love the skin analysis very thorough. High tech machines. The cleanser was very drying though. They have unli drinks and snacks. Easy to do an appointment online. Very happy with the staff. Still waiting for the effect of my treatment but will definitely recommend this clinic. They have lockers in both floors just make sure to take a pic of the number and remember the password.

Beautiful and chic interior! Reception staff are very friendly as well. I came on Friday by myself, and was attended to by Consultant Cherry. Cherry is very attentive and friendly, her English is also superb which made the whole experience easy and smooth. I came back on Monday again with my family, and requested for Cherry as well! She’s really good, and I will ask for her in my future visits for sure!

It's a skin factory. Did an aqua facial and the beautician was very rough, felt like a piece of meat. But the other treatments were well done. They've a great WhatsApp booking system, English is well understood too
