Technicians really took care of me and the part I decided here is because it was the only options that can reduce the chin bone without putting the pin on. As I’m mostly living abroad, this really matters as I don’t need to undergo surgery again to remove it :)

I recently had a consultation with Dr Kirk regarding double chin liposuction. While I was looking forward to a personalized and differentiated approach—as strongly advertised on the website—I unfortunately did not experience that during the consultation. The doctor seemed to be in a rush, which made the appointment feel quite fast-paced. Because of this, I did not feel fully comfortable asking additional questions or taking the time to discuss my concerns properly. In my country, surgical consultations are usually much slower and more detailed, so I was a little caught off guard by the pace, especially given the expectations created online. That said, I would like to highlight that Claire, the consultant, was excellent. She was warm, professional, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and her English was perfect. She made a very positive impression and was truly helpful throughout the process.

I had under eye fat repositioning surgery, and I’m so happy with the results. Before surgery, I had very noticeable under eye bags that made me look tired all the time. After the procedure, my eyes look much brighter and more youthful — exactly what I wanted. My father did a lower eye bleph about a year ago, but unfortunately we didn’t have a good result and has led to permanent complications from what we thought would be a simple surgery. First off there was immediate substantial swelling but long term the issue is that my father now has permanent dry eyes and tearing because the tear ducts didn’t heal correctly after the surgery. He went to another leading plastic eye surgeon in San Francisco to get a second opinion, and the surgeon also stated that he should have received post operative care and sometimes this can happen. Probably what we’re the most disappointed about is that when the morning after my father had significant swelling/edema, we messaged at 10am with concerns and didn’t hear back until >24 hours after. I think probably this could have been much better and prevented permanent damage had there been better post op care and emergency support.
