I traveled to Korea for surgery and chose 82 Plastic Surgery, and I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The staff made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process, which meant a lot since I was traveling from abroad. Dr. Kim Han Jo performed my nose surgery and breast lift. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me achieve results that feel like the best version of myself. My nose looks natural and fits my face beautifully, and I'm so happy with the outcome of my breast lift. I feel much more confident and comfortable in my own skin. Dr. Park Min Woo performed my facelift and fat grafting under my eyes, and I am beyond grateful for his work. One of my biggest concerns was looking refreshed without looking like I had obvious surgery, and he delivered exactly that. The fat grafting under my eyes made such a difference, and my overall appearance looks rested, youthful, and natural. What impressed me most was how much the doctors and staff genuinely cared about my comfort and results. They were always patient with my questions and made me feel like I was in good hands every step of the way. Choosing to have surgery is a big decision, and traveling overseas can feel intimidating, but my experience with 82 Plastic Surgery exceeded my expectations. I'm so thankful to Dr. Kim Han Jo, Dr. Park Min Woo, and the entire team for helping me achieve results I truly love. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering plastic surgery in Korea.

Had a great experience with Eight for rhinoplasty (bridge, tip, short nose correction) and septoplasty. My case was complex and I consulted with 5+ clinics (it was clear some clinics did not have the expertise or confidence for my case). Dr. Kim Han Jo eased any concerns by responding to my many questions with great depth and an honest/realistic assessment of my situation. His execution was in line, if not better, than the expectations set prior to the surgery and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend being patient with the WhatsApp response times as they can get very busy. Don’t let that be a determining factor as the service was great.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. I paid a 1,000,000 KRW deposit for rhinoplasty on March 26, with surgery scheduled for April 8. A few days before surgery, I developed clear signs of infection, including nasal congestion and yellow discharge. I informed the clinic in advance. Initially, I was told that if symptoms were mild, surgery could proceed. However, my condition worsened, and I informed them again the day before surgery. They still asked me to come in, fasted for 8 hours, and said the doctor would decide on the day. The doctor was professional and correctly determined that I was not fit for surgery due to active infection. However, what followed was extremely disappointing. When I requested to postpone the surgery by just two days for safety reasons, I was told that the operating room had already been booked, that my sickness was “my responsibility,” and that I would lose my 1,000,000 KRW deposit. The only option given to me was to pay the full 10,000,000 KRW immediately to reschedule. This felt like financial pressure rather than any concern for patient safety, especially since the cancellation was based on the doctor’s medical decision, not mine. When I asked what would happen if I did not recover within those two days, I was told they would deduct 1,000,000 KRW plus an additional 400,000 KRW for tests (blood test, chest X-ray, CT), and refund 8,600,000 KRW. These charges were never clearly explained or agreed upon before payment. Many clinics include these tests or charge significantly less. At no point before payment was I informed of, or asked to sign, any refund or cancellation policy. When I later requested this, I was told they do not provide a written refund policy at the time of deposit. Only after insisting was I sent a one-page document stating no refund within two days of surgery, which had never been disclosed earlier. To be fair, the doctor appeared professional during the two consultations I had. However, the business side of this clinic is highly concerning. There is a clear lack of transparency before payment, and strong pressure to pay without proper disclosure. From my experience, this raises serious concerns about consumer rights and fair medical practice in this clinic. I have kept full records of all communications and timelines, and I am prepared to escalate this matter through formal channels. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious and to get all terms clearly in writing before making any payment.

I got non-incisional DES with ptosis correction as well as chin+jaw suction. The doctor was very kind and took his time explaining to me what procedures would be good for my desired look. The clinic also has a translator that helped me around for the scans before surgery and such. So if you are worried about any language barriers that is not a problem! The surgery it self went very smoothly, they have private rooms for the patients to stay in after their surgery to come back from fully to their sense after the anaesthesia. They also included free laser treatment to help with de-swelling. Overall I had a great experience with them!

Dr. Chae did a great job at evening out my eyelids as I had one double lid and one monolid. I’ve mostly healed by now but he did mention it could take up to 6 months to a year to see the full and final effect. The staff especially Yuna were all very polite, knowledgeable, and supportive for the whole experience. I unfortunately had chemosis in my eyes after surgery, but Dr. Chae and the team member via WhatsApp were quick to respond and gave clear instructions to calm my worries and follow-up with me. I just had my yearly optometry appointment and the optometry techs and my optometrist all complimented how natural my eyelids look and that they wouldn’t have been able to tell that I had plastic surgery if I didn’t tell them.

Got double eyelid surgery and primary rhinoplasty done at Eight and couldn’t be any happier. Dr. Kim Han Jo did my nose and Dr. Chae Soo Wook did my eyes. I got so many compliments from friends and family. I love how the new look is natural and harmonious with my facial features. A lot of people said I look good and more uplifted but don’t realize that I had surgery. I also appreciate how Dr. Kim and Dr. Chae listened to me and worked with me to determine what’s best. Being able to communicate to the doctors by myself in English also brings peace of mind. The 2 English interpreters were really nice and helpful. One of them helped me pick up medications from the pharmacy so when I got out of surgery I had everything ready to go. Recovery process and swelling were also not as bad as I thought. I was able to walk around by day 2. I’m writing this 2 month post op and I 100% recommend Eight

Life-Changing Confidence Boost! I recently had chest liposuction done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. For years, I struggled with stubborn fat in my chest area that just wouldn’t go away no matter how much I dieted or exercised. It really affected my confidence, especially when wearing fitted shirts or going to the beach. The procedure itself was quick and surprisingly comfortable. Recovery was smoother than I expected — some soreness and swelling at first, but it got better every day. Within a few weeks, I could already see a big difference, and after a couple of months, the results looked completely natural. My chest looks flatter, more defined, and finally matches the rest of my body. I feel more confident in my clothes and overall appearance. Great customer service. Offers both surgical procedures and skin treatments. Has fluent English speaking doctors and staff members. Did a rhinoplasty surgery there and am very happy with the results. I will revisit if I need anything else done and highly recommend them
