My experience at Dr. Jin’s clinic was truly exceptional. I underwent my second rhinoplasty with Dr. Jin after my nose had been botched by a previous surgeon at another clinic. I was also drawn to his personalized approach to creating natural-looking results and his commitment to using only autologous cartilage. With sincere gratitude and big love from Mongolia. 🇲🇳 It was a good fortune that I was introduced to Dr.Jin, the below is my story of how I came to find him: For nearly two years, I suffered from chronic sinus inflammation complicated by MRSA infection. During that time, I went through multiple long courses of antibiotics and two failed surgeries performed elsewhere. Unfortunately, those surgeries resulted in additional complications, creating further structural issues and even the possibility of ENS. It was an extremely difficult period in my life — physically, mentally, and emotionally. At times, the pain level reached 10/10. After those failed surgeries, I was introduced to Dr. Jargalkhuu in Mongolia through my mother-in-law. From the very beginning, he treated me with remarkable care and responsibility. For three months, he carefully monitored my condition, managing the situation conservatively and observing how the infection and inflammation evolved. He had initial suspicions about the underlying structural complications, and over time, his assessment proved to be correct. What I deeply respected was his professionalism and ethics — he never spoke negatively about the previous surgeries or doctors. I later came to understand certain issues through other sources, but Dr. Jargalkhuu remained focused only on solving my problem and helping me move forward. He is one of the most genuine and patient-centered professionals I have ever met — always at the clinic at 7:00 AM sharp to ensure his patients receive the best possible care. Following his advice, I flew to Seoul to consult Dr. Jin. From the very first appointment, I was deeply impressed. I came to Dr. Jin because I had breathing issues. He said I had a deviated septum. He performed a hasty septoplasty on me. My nose bridge sunk and it caused me not be able to breathe in my right side. After consulting with a few other doctors, they said that Jin caused my valve to collapse. I went back to him. He said he would need to use my rib to rebuild my nose. I should have have never let him do that, because he does very quick and shoddy work. He added a piece of rib cap graft to my tip but did not carefully carve it smoothly. It almost poked through my skin because you can easily see it (white color). My doctor now suspects that he placed the spreader graft too low because my right side is uncomfortable still and it is hard to draw air in. Dr. Jin simply did not spend adequate time in my surgery even though he promised that he would not rush this time. His after care is terrible. Unlike other rhinoplasty surgeons, he does not use any packing inside the nostrils after surgery to prevent swelling. My nose swelled more than it should. Other doctors said this could cause more scar tissues. Some Korean doctors said to me that he was only a university ENT doctor/professor. He does not have proper skills to do rhinoplasty at all.

I was referred to Dr. Jin by my local ENT and could not be happier with the end result. Dr. Jin performed a septoplasty on my severely deviated septum which had been causing breathing problems for years. The surgery was competitively priced and he fostered a safe and welcoming environment during my stay. His team was professional, communicative, and accommodating to my schedule. I'm very grateful that I'm able to breathe so much more easily after going to this clinic. I cannot recommend Dr. Jin or his staff highly enough!

Dr. Jin would lie to any patient about how long he would spend on a surgery. But instead, he only spends one or two hours on complicated rhinoplasty surgeries which would typically take 6 hours. This is why he never puts a catheter in any patient because catheters are needed for long surgeries. His septal extension graft and tip graft both showed through my nose tip skin. This is simply due to his poor skills. He caused me breathing problems on my right side because he doesn't know how to properly add spreader grafts. As soon as my last surgeon replaced Dr. Jin's spreader grafts, all of a sudden, I could breathe so much better. He gave me a droopy tip with humped nose bridge and a retruded columella. He likes to inject a lot of dice cartilage into your nasolabial area so you can't speak or smile. He does not offer in his office any computer-projected imaging for your nose. He could not meet any expected esthetic results which I brought to him. He does not issue any refunds for his messed-up work. This guy has bad esthetics and terrible surgical techniques and skills. He is a sham.

I had Rhinoplasty done with Dr. Jin using Rib Cartilage. I had previously had a broken nose from a sporting accident (bent nose) and had a turbinoplasty done in Sydney Australia, yet surgery only addressed some of the breathing issues and did not address the bent nose and some of the breathing. As I already had surgery done on my nose for medical reasons, I technically needed a revision case done and after doing MONTHS of research between surgeons, I had decided to go with Dr. Jin. My request was to do Septoplasty to improve my breathing and to undertake general open rhinoplasty using rib cartilage for aesthetic purposes on the overall nose. Just over 1 week post op from the surgery now, my breathing is great and my nose looks so much better (and straight) and less bulbous, I am happy and feel like I made the right decision. In my opinion, I could not have had a better result than I did. He was very honest with everything from the beginning and the outcomes that could be achieved, his staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend him, especially for overseas patients as his English is great and no need for translators.

I wanted to firstly thank Dr Jin and his professional team for what I would call a life changing experience. After suffering a severely deviated septum and swollen turbinates for 6 years, I’m now able to breathe again through my nose. I no longer require decongestant sprays to live. While other ENT specialists advised to “simply” wean off the sprays and “see how things go”, after assessing my situation during the initial consultation Dr Jin was pure action: Septoturbinoplasty which was scheduled immediately. In perfect English, he carefully explained the procedure and potential risks. Dr Jin’s professionalism backed by his long list of accolades made it easy for me to trust that I was in good hands. And indeed I was. Bleeding and swelling were minimal, and healing was quick. Dr Jin was thorough in his checkups and I was able to fly back to Australia after only 3 weeks without issues.
