I've been diagnosed with this condition for about a year. I think I've had the sacral heart block procedure about eight times. I'll probably have more every few months, as needed, but I've improved significantly and can live my daily life without much difficulty. However, I can't help but feel a bit overwhelmed every now and then when something truly difficult happens. It's important for me to live with awareness of my illness. So, they kindly told me that if I could recognize it, I'd have to visit the hospital less often.
