在美璞儿醫院做完了項目，来分享一下真實體驗。做項目前醫生先告诉我大概需要多久、過程中会有什么感覺，让我有个心理预期。做的时候每隔一会儿就会跟我說快了，還有X分钟，让人不那么焦躁。回想一下面診的时候，醫生其實已經把這些操作的细节都跟我說過了，但实际體驗下来還是比想象中细致好多。周末人真係唔少，等了大概20分钟先轮到我。體驗比预期好，沒有那种被宰的感覺。

Before the treatment, my skin was a bit dull and oily, but afterward, my complexion was noticeably brighter, and my skin condition was much more stable. The esthetician was very professional, explaining everything during the procedure and helping me understand my current skin concerns. I plan to have regular treatments from now on, and I expect to see even greater improvement if I stick with it.

The director is kind and helpful, but when it came to Botox, he didn't explain whether it was domestic or imported, and just proceeded with the procedure. I couldn't be sure if I had chosen the right product, which made me skeptical afterward. I wish they would have shown me which product it was and opened it beforehand. Other hospitals provide thorough pre-procedure explanations, but this is disappointing.

The service was quick and fair prices, great promotions. Friendly staff, one worker spoke English and was able to accommodate me. The clinic needs improvement with hygiene. No one wears gloves. Brushes used for applying serum are left out and reused on everyone. It could be cleaner.
