I visited Dr. NewCell today and got the ELREJU treatment. It was my first time there, but the consultation with Dr. Yeon was very calm and reassuring. He explained my skin condition clearly and told me what would be most helpful right now, without pushing anything unnecessary, which made me feel comfortable right away. The procedure itself was much less painful than I expected. I also didn’t have any noticeable redness or swelling afterward, and my skin felt hydrated immediately. The staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere of the clinic was very comfortable, so the whole experience felt easy and relaxed. After our treatments, the staff provided printed post-care instructions, prescriptions to pick up at a nearby pharmacy, and a barrier-repair cream for continued recovery at home. As a final touch, they included oxygen therapy to help soothe the skin and accelerate recovery—it felt refreshing and calming, a perfect end to a long day of treatment. While the pricing is more on the premium side, the entire experience truly reflects a premium level of care and professionalism. This is not a “factory-style” clinic—it’s personalized, educational, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and quality. We left feeling informed, cared for, and excited to see the results over the next few months. We’d absolutely return for the other treatments recommended.
