I had a great experience from the initial communication through to the treatment itself. There were no issues with the language barrier—the translators were very kind, professional, and empathetic throughout. The doctor took the time to discuss the different treatment options in detail. He explained that because everyone’s fat distribution, bone structure, and overall anatomy are unique, certain procedures are better suited to some people than others, and was honest about which treatments would not be the best fit for me. He addressed all of my concerns and even explained the differences between Western and Asian beauty standards to help me better understand the recommendations. I also appreciated that the clinic refused to perform treatments they believed would not deliver satisfactory long-term results, suggesting more suitable alternatives instead. That level of honesty and professionalism gave me a great deal of confidence. I felt I was in very capable hands throughout the entire process and can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.

I was recommended 345 clinic through beautyhopper and it was truly such a great experience! I’ve had surgery at a few different clinics now and by far, 345 stands out with their team and the aftercare they offer. I had vline revision surgery with Dr Park and facial fat grafting with Dr Song. Both doctors were great. In particular, i really liked Dr Park as he explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable as he did not try to pressure any additional procedures. 345 offered many deswelling treatments post surgery and each one felt so relaxing i loved it so much. I really feel like those sessions helped my swelling go down faster. Now that i’m a few months post op, I can see the final results and am mostly happy with it. I am very happy with the result and the recovery was smooth and painless. I started with online consultations with 3 different clinics. 345 Plastic Surgery Clinics gave me the best, most honest evaluation and estimate quote. Their proposed procedures matches my exact concerns and areas that I would like to improve. They did not upsell unnecessary procedures. The other clinics gave me a long lists of procedures that I am not interested in and not part of my concerns. 345 also offered me free onsite consultation while other clinics required me to pay for on-site consultation. Dr Han Kyu Nam did my in-person consultation and he was also my doctor. I was surprised the level of details that he did in the evaluation as I have not committed to any procedures. He proposed the procedures that would work best for me. Again, there is no up sell and matched the original online evaluations. He took time to answer questions and concerns that both my husband and I had. He is gentle and fluent in English. We liked Dr Han a lot and move forward to schedule the surgery without checking other clinics. 345 Plastic Surgery is clean and staff are very helpful. Especially the interpreter Jean. She is super helpful, fluent in Cantonese and English. I really like her. I was able to request to view CCTV. 345 Plastic Surgery Clinic provides swelling laser treatment for after care and schedule is easy. I was recently in this clinic for my procedures. Suggested by Beauty Hopper:) I Had a Philtrum Reduction, SMAS lifting, Fox Eye Lifting, Endoscopic forehead Lift, Full Face Fatgraft and Skinboosters Done. I was positively surprised that My surgeon could speak so well english and He was very sympathic and Open for all my questions and even Suggestions. My experience with 345 Clinic has been wonderful. All the staff on the 3rd floor are kind, attentive, and friendly. Dr Park himself speaks perfect english, and I also had two english translators to help me communicate with the rest of the team. Everyone listened to all of my concerns and took everything into consideration. The clinic and staff are also very transparent about every step of the process. I had double jaw surgery in the US due to condylar resorption and multiple other functional issues. Even though I was happy with the results, I still had some remaining asymmetry. My surgeon suggested Dr. Park for facial contouring to address the remaining asymmetry and I couldn’t be happier with my results. It was the cherry on top of my journey, both functionally and aesthetically. They even provided complimentary hair washing, de-swelling treatments, a facial, and airport pick-up/drop off.
