我住了两晚。优点有：• 他们在办理入住前帮我保管了行李。• 我发邮件要求更换毛巾，他们很快就把干净的毛巾放在床上了。

房间的条件和这个价位差不多……

这是一间地理位置十分方便的酒店，位于明洞大街内，对于想要购物途中随时返回酒店的人，是非常方便的。整体价格亦相对便宜。

但是房间位置非常有限，实际空间比预订房间时所看到的图片更要细小。

而且卫生环境比较一般，例如入住的时候发现床垫上，有头发丝，床头位置有非常明显的尘埃。另外洗手间亦有明显看到有毛发。 （曾经见到其他房间退房后，员工直接坐在床上更换床单或枕头套，这是非常不卫生及不理想的行为。）

我们在入住前知道酒店入口，需要步行几级楼梯才可以乘搭升降机，但没有想到，到达楼层后，还要在再走楼梯才会真正到达酒店门口。对于要疯狂购物，并且预计在退房时会携带非常多行李的人士，是不太方便的，需要自行考虑及注意。

我在2021-2022年最热的夏天通过Booking.com预订了一间酒店。当时可能只有我们两个人，但老板忘了还有没有其他客人预订，就把酒店关了。我试着打电话，但没人接，所以我就在附近订了另一家酒店，然后取消了之前的预订。老板打电话告诉我我已经取消了，我以为事情就此结束了。Booking.com说需要老板同意退款，但因为是预订人主动取消的，所以他们拒绝退款。他们收了我几万韩元，现在居然还在继续营业。

我通过KKday预订了高级疗程并接受了治疗。

他们非常细致周到，我还加做了眉毛微雕，之前我一直犹豫要不要尝试。

下次去那里旅行，我肯定还会选择他们的服务。

Just for one night is ok, room is clean, seems new but lack of space is in everything, entrance hall is for reception/kitchen/baggage storage and do not believe the photos, one meter distance from entrance door to kitchen table set, and worst of all, no receptionist and no paper towels at all in the kitchen ( we left our bags and checked out out, after some time we cane back and ask to use a bathroom, so a receptionist, who at last had appeared, did not let us use it, we are ladies, after all, but no! No WC for recent guests!!! We wil never come back again here and do not recommend it!

这家小旅舍很干净，浴室/淋浴间也还不错。房间很小，不过旅舍的房间都这样。地理位置绝佳，这也是我们选择它的原因，靠近购物中心、地铁站和餐厅！坐地铁一站就到首尔站了。而且价格也合理。

The only good thing about this place is the location. The room and bathroom was very small, which usually wouldn't bother me that much, however the bathroom was so small that were was no shower screen and the whole bathroom, including the toilet and all belongings, would get wet when you showered. The worst part is how unclean the room was. Dirty tiles and shower head, dust everywhere, spills on the walls, unvacuumed floor. The room does not have much ventilation so I turned on the air con thinking it would help, but inside the aircon was dirt and dust visible from a distance and it smelt disgusting. Even the bath towels were dirty. We left the night we got there. I'm thankful I didn't see whatever the bed sheets could have looked like.

Very clean but small, crammed family room. More for a couple with younger kids but not recommended for couple with teenagers. We stayed for 4 nights and there was no service for changing of used towels. Nor were the trash bins emptied for 5 days despite text to owner. Very central and convenient location though with the subway stations within walking proximity.

- The owner is extremly rude and unfriendly, there was a cockroach in the room, there is no staff anymore so there's noone to clean the room, ask for inquiries, toilet paper has to brought out yourself and the advertized breakfast has been cut to "in order to prevent the spread of corona" which is just another lie to cut cost. Despite the good location, and good mix of quality room (excluding having to deal with cockroaches) and price, can not recommend at all.
