极其失望！！！我付了三个人的房费，预订的是带上下铺的双人房，结果只有一个房间，里面只有一张上下铺。其中一个人只能睡在地板上。老板说一张上下铺只能睡三个人（上铺和下铺），另一个人只能睡在他提供的充气床垫上。我和老板争论过他误导顾客，但他坚持说就是这样。我说他应该把充气床垫的照片放上来，让大家知道第三个人只能睡在地板上。如果你要带大件行李，我强烈建议你不要预订这家，尤其是三个人，因为打开充气床垫后，你根本没地方站。他发邮件告诉我，我可以住其中一个房间，但是只能住一个人，而且那个房间的厕所不能用😠。冰箱也不能用，因为墙上的插座看起来不安全，虽然他说没问题。厕所……连卫生纸都放不进去，不然会堵住😏淋浴龙头漏水。

地理位置真的非常棒。当然，因为在南山，所以是在坡上，但因为靠近公交站和地铁站，所以出行很方便。附近什么都有。而且离明洞的街头小吃摊也很近，方便吃晚饭。共用的客厅也很不错。房东太太人也很好。

性价比很高。住宿地点非常中心，很多地方都在步行范围内。房间虽然不大，但设施齐全。唯一令人不快的是一股挥之不去的（大概是）污水味，弥漫了整个建筑群。起初，我们以为是有人在楼下厨房做饭，因为闻起来像放久的酸菜。但后来发现，那股持续不断的刺鼻气味（大概是污水）才是罪魁祸首。

不幸的是，我们在房间里也反复闻到了这股味道。

The location was good because it's near Myeongdong Station. The problem was theirs no lift or elavator. Especially if your room was on the 3rd floor, it's hard to navigate.

地點非常好，要去東大門，明洞夜市，首爾塔，南大門都很方便，要爬一點點山坡。房間很乾淨，由於我有過敏體質，房間整潔不好的話，會過敏，很舒服的渡過五天行程，周遭環境很安靜，老闆娘很客氣，英文十分流利。

Great location, surrounded by shopping stores, convenient shops, restaurants, and Cafés. 5 mins walk to Myeongdong #4 metro station, but the guesthouse is on the hillside where you need to drag your luggage to keep walking up. There's a note board that would tell you where your room is located and how to get you room key. Full kitchen equipment that you are free to use. you just need to keep it clean, and driking water machine provides hot water so you can make a cup of instant coffee(free). The room is small, and there is no elevator, so pls aware of this before making your reservation, especially when if you travel with big baggage.

地点、价钱、服务、房间整洁实在没话说，都相当棒。

位于明洞地铁附近，虽然需爬坡，但如果从四号出口走大马路，只有最后一小段路（约50公尺）需爬坡，不会太费力。

遇到三个服务人员，都相当亲切，虽然语言不通，但也很有耐心的尽可能帮忙。

房间很干净，看到有评论提到浴巾、地板毛巾是一样的款式，但此次入住，很明显地板脚踏巾是专属使用的。

只不过，对于安全性有这么点疑虑，也或许我比较少接触背包客旅馆，对背包客栈的生态不太理解。 Check in时是直接把房门钥匙放房间，如果柜台没人，或是深夜红眼班机过来，可以自助入住，很方便但也觉得危险。此外房间是没有暗锁的，对于出入人员较复杂、深夜没有柜台的状态下，感到不太安稳。大门的部分，也是为了游客，处于24小时没有上锁的状态。这三个部分，如果是女性打算单独入住，真的需要审慎思考。

最后，如果女生入住建议自备吹风机，旅馆提供的风量很小，打开瞬间心死的等级。

如果要去南山塔很适合入住，步行爬山单程约1小时，可以散步前往。

stayed here twice back in 2015 & 2017. owner, Ji... is very welcoming and the place is great. Everything is clean and well kept. location wise.. is very accessible .. a walking distance to N Seoul tower & myeongdong.

We had a great stay here! We stayed at the topmost floor which was good for 7 people. There was only one room at the topmost floor so the place was really huge because we were only 5 in our group. The futon beds were comfortable and the room was warm in the middle of winter. We had 2 showers and 1 powder room. One of the sinks was broken but it was just a minor issue for us since the owner, Mr. Ji, was very accomodating. He speaks very good english and was always happy to answer all our questions about directions, etc. He was also kind enough to carry our heavy luggages all the way to top for us. The breakfast bibimbap was also very delicious! We kept on craving for it! The place is also very affordable! Booking a room here is definitely a good deal! 👍🏼💯
