I havent slept in 24 hours, sleep deprived, sweaty, its super hot outside. And they wont let me check in early. I know they have a bed ready for me. But they wont let me check in early. The Brazilian lady at the front desk isn't so friendly either. She has a stuck up attitude.

The place is in a terrible location too.

如果柜台有人就要办入住
柜台下班就会变自助入住

床位没有帘子隐私全无
完全仰赖室友素质

4人房里面有卫浴
没有除湿机所以超级湿

非常不推荐
尤其是女生的话千万别来
房间设备 床铺 ​​是可以的
但是其他地方很破
用餐需要在厨房自己处理
但根本没有洗菜切菜的地方
甚至一条抹布也没有
饮水机没热水
没有任何工作人员
西方人聊天接电话都超大声
同房室友很恶 好像是讲中文的男生
会一直骚扰别人 发出怪声
房东或是任何人都联络不上
柜台已经下班
感觉完全没在管理的监狱旅店
真的很烂
价格是很便宜
但被骚扰可能还要去其他地方住
其实也没多省钱还没算精神赔偿费

位置相当不错，靠近火车站、便利店和餐馆。

然而，房间潮湿发霉。我觉得他们需要除湿机和专业的服务人员，而不是仅仅依靠志愿者。浴室里还有一股很浓的下水道或排水沟的味道。

我原本预订的是双人间，而且已经预付了房费，结果却被安排到了宿舍。不知怎么的，预订出了问题。上铺的床好像少了几个螺栓，感觉很不稳，吱吱作响。自动照明灯也很烦人。唯一值得庆幸的是，宿舍里只有我和我的同伴两个人，不会有其他人入住。

这里也没有电梯，所以如果你行李很多，就做好自己搬运的准备吧。

最后一天，我正在房间里换衣服，这时一个工作人员敲门，迅速开门进来。我差点就没穿衣服了。

我的朋友住在单独的私人房间，回来后发现窗户开着，颈枕不见了。我真心希望他们只是不小心拿走了。

总的来说，我觉得这家酒店位置不错，但我最担心的是安全、卫生和清洁问题。也许这就是所谓的“一分钱一分货”，但得知工作人员可以随时进出房间后，我真的感到很不安。这让我很担心留在房间里的贵重物品，尤其是我朋友的颈枕不见了。

如果你决定入住这家酒店，我建议不要像我们一样把贵重物品放在床上。最好把它们锁在行李箱里或储物柜里。离开房间前拍张照片也很有帮助，这样回来后可以核对一下。安心是无价的。如果我们的入住体验安全可靠，我会给更高的评价。

不 → 上铺没有插座。另一个客人睡了原本属于我的下铺。附近没有便利店。床会晃动。◯ → 房间很干净。有一个大储物柜。无线网络信号很强。离车站很近。

It’s nice but the room is too congested and you can’t have peace with Bathroom and room lights outdoor sounds etc.,

And if you have some food with you keep it safe because so one stole my food(due to my food conditions I have carried lot of veg food with me everytime, but my whole bag of food was stolen from refrigerator. Thefts are possible in proximity. So I request you to probably avoid this Hotel and the staff they were kinda Careless and not responsible even they had cameras to look on thefts they’re not responsible.

IF you are considering this place…DON’T, I’m a frequent world traveler and ONLY 2 times in my ENTIRE life have I ever regretted picking such a place. I chose this place simply on it being close to the Seoul Express Bus Station and some attractions. Also, I chose to stay here for the so called friendly interaction with people. This was my 2nd time trying a hostel in South Korea; The 1st hostel I stayed at is located in Myeongdong and it was lovely.
In my honest opinion and suggestion, do not stay at Gangnam Seven Hostel for the following reasons and actual experience:

1. NO ELEVATOR
2. NO HEATER
3. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE BATHROOM SEWAGE SMELLS THAT WONT LEAVE the private bathroom of the double room. In this case it was room 311.
4. SPOTTY WI-FI
5. RED STAINED AND A LOT OF BLACK HAIR COVERED TOWELS!
6. HARD AS ALL EVILS BED
7. Poor conditions of the walls AND doors. The door knobs itself I had to touch with a glove or a plastic bag.
8. NOT Soundproof
8. Non-friendly, condescending staff, whom did not want to show/tell me on where a kettle was located. And when I asked about the kettle, they stated “ what is that?” Referring to me asking for a kettle again. The blonde female foreigner said “oh yes we have one, but you can use the so water dispenser it has the option of hot water” Context: 3 minutes before approaching the desk of the blonde female foreign attendant, I tried for hot water from the dispenser a couple of times in different ways. It only gave out COLD water. I even tried my bathroom sink in my double room and the water was only warm not even hot. I tell her I’ve already tried the options before approaching you, she then says in a condescending tone “oh you sure you tried the water dispenser that’s right there?” She proceeded to point to it as if I didn’t know where it was and/or lying about my prior attempts. I asked again where the kettle was located. She kept saying try the water dispenser maybe you’re doing it wrong. I asked her just tell or show me where the kettle is. She finally half told me the location of kettle, which is on the fourth floor. Nothing else, just “oh I guess the kettle is on the fourth floor” no exact location so I have to go Ispy for a kettle on the fourth floor. As I was leaving she said “ you should really try the water dispenser”…I get upstairs after searching a few, I located the kettle. I search for a sink on that floor when another staff member, foreigner brunette male with beard, approached me asking if I need help. As I scanned the common area, I noticed no sink so I asked him if there was a sink on this floor. He noticed the kettle in my hand and stated. “ No sink on this floor unfortunately, but we do have a water dispenser that gives hot water on the third floor” I kindly told him that I’ve tried it and it does not work and thank you I’ll just get water from my room and heat it up. He becomes persistent about trying to get me to use the water dispenser and says to follow him and he’ll show me how it works. I told him that I don’t wish to sit through a demonstration for something I know does not work. I head down stairs towards my room for the water, he speaks with the blonde female staff member and grabs my attention to show me where the water dispenser is located (that I’ve already know where it was located for I was in 311) which is right by the dispenser) AND he wanted to show/tell me how to use it. He demonstrated it and noticed NO HOT WATER yet alone WATER came out. I told him that I stated previously I did not want a demonstration for I am not incompetent. I heated up the kettle got the hot water I needed and when I came back to my room I noticed a towel sitting at the bottom of the water dispenser for it appear to be leaking. Apologies for the longest detailed reason for experience.
