您好，千万别来这家！客房服务人员态度极其恶劣，一点也不热情，既不打招呼，也不问候。他们完全不尊重客人的隐私，经常开着灯、开着门！地板也很脏。强烈不推荐！

房间里住了六个女人，晚上九点以后，有人站在房间里吃外卖。我告诉她们去公用厨房吃，因为房间里有股味道。我用Papago问她们来自哪个国家，她们回答说“中国”。

Für eine Übernachtung okay wenn man keine (hohen) Ansprüche hat; für mehr Nächte würde ich es nicht empfehlen
positiv:
- Unterkunft war gut zu finden
- Check-In ging schnell
- sauber und bequem
- Gepäckaufbewahrung wurde angeboten
- leise/ruhig
- Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt (solange man keine hohen Ansprüche hat)
- Ablage am Bett, sowie Steckdose in der Nähe

negativ:
- Jeder hätte zu jeder Zeit in die Unterkunft und somit auch in die Zimmer gehen können und Gepäck/Sachen/Wertgegenstände entwenden können, da es kein Schloss im Gebäude gab - zumal die Rezeption nie besetzt war und somit niemand aufgepasst hat (gleiches gilt für das Gepäck dass man im Eingangsbereich vor oder nach Check-In aufbewahren konnte). Auch in der Nacht war es offen zugänglich. Klar, Südkorea ist sicher, aber es war dennoch ein seltsames Gefühl und man weiß ja nie :)
- Die Bilder sind scheinbar schon älter, denn so modern und neu sieht es da definitiv nicht mehr aus
- mir wurde nicht gesagt wo die Gemeinschaftsküche oder der Aufenthaltsraum/Terrasse sein soll. Ich habe das alles leider nicht einmal zu sehen bekommen. Nachfragen konnte ich auch nicht, da die Frau am Empfang sofort weg war nachdem sie mir sagte wo mein Zimmer und das Bad ist...
- Bad (Duschraum und Toilette) waren sehr ersichtlich etwas 'in die Tage gekommen'

有詐欺嫌疑，台灣人小心

The booking website falsely listed both self-service laundry facilities and paid laundry services as separate options.
Guests are required to use their paid laundry service — 5,000 KRW each for washing and drying.
If a guest uses the laundry facilities without permission, they will be fined 100,000 KRW.

Although I was eventually only fined 20,000 KRW, the relevant information was posted on a notice inside the check-in area. The entire process was handled by a Chinese woman who translated for the foreign female manager, but the fine stated on the notice was actually just a late check-out fee (10,000 KRW). The same Chinese woman later used a calculator to show me a 100,000 KRW fine.

Later, the foreign female manager noticed that I didn’t have much money in my wallet, so she reduced the fine by 80,000 KRW. I suspect this might have been a scam. After doing some research, I found out that the previous owner of this goshiwon was a young Korean man who had a reputation for being kind and friendly.

In addition, the place was extremely dirty and rundown, and the photos on the website were taken six years ago.

In contrast, when I stayed at another goshiwon run by a Korean owner this March, the laundry facilities listed on the website were genuinely available for use.

从地理位置上看，这里非常优越；地铁、银行和便利店几乎就在隔壁。酒吧和餐厅也不少，但要到真正热闹的地方还得走远一点，所以这里也相当安静。房间干净整洁，空间也宽敞。楼梯有点窄，如果带着行李箱可能会不太方便。至于二楼的厕所，就不多说了，它被夹在两堵墙中间。

这里不是我想久住的地方。

因为第二天一早要赶路，我只在首尔站附近住了一晚，只订了房间。除了地理位置，还有很多令人失望的地方。

浴室（共用浴室）：

没有地方放衣服，挂钩都用来挂清洁用品了，马桶座总是湿漉漉的。

（关于宿舍）：

房间很小，所以大于L号的行李箱必须放在公共区域。由于房间空间狭窄，很多人都把行李堆放在公共区域。

楼梯又黑又窄。

说实话，这里不适合携带大件行李的人。

Pros: clean & comfy bed, good water pressure
Cons: someone was clearly living in the room & had spread their stuff out everywhere, there is no lock or code on any door so anyone can walk right into your room from the street, lockers in the room are too small to lock up your stuff & you need to bring your own lock, very noisy, they asked for a good review before we had even stayed there

Ridiculous and dirty hostel I have seen! Rooms has no ventilation, dusty everywhere the bathroom is horrible with wash machine inside. There's no safety the main door is oppened whole night then everyone from street can have access, including I was STOLEN, someone has taken my ear pods from my backpack left in the room and the girls from hostel said didn't see nothing. PLEASE DON'T SPEND YKUR MONEY IN THIS HORRIBLE PLACE! RUN AWAY !!! I DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY !!!

Horrible bed. Tiny room. Steep staircases. There is mold everywhere in the bathroom. We requested to have our stay shorten because I have asthma and the mold is makinh it worse but they wouldn't accept it. So we had to leave early and without getting any money back. Do not book here if you want to enjoy a good nights sleep.

The most terible place i ever had. The bed is not eligible at all, how could you still provide the bed with you can feel already the metalspring? And the bedsheet also smelly and dirty. Pillow is not really a pillow. No insulation so practically you will hear everything outside. I normally trust agoda review but for this house is absolutely something fishy. And one more the staff also unfriendly. I dont even think this place deserve 1 star.
