东大门香草1号旅舍

我在agoda 上预定了房间
但是因为身体不适去急诊
医生开了诊断证明强烈建议不要长途旅行
虽然我预定的房间是不可退款
不过还是可以申请看看民宿能不能免费退款
不幸的是 和老板没沟通好 我等了将近一天都没等到讯息
以为他们不会回覆了
才在预约入住的隔天发现他们在询问我是否入住
有近一整天的工作时间都没有回覆我讯息
但是我早就留言有医生诊断说身体不适 强烈不要坐飞机、长途旅行
所以我想申请免费取消
结果他们回覆的讯息还是我是否真的不会去
我真的是不太明白为何他们看不懂我的请求

虽然我订的房型原本就是不可退款的房型
但是还是保留可以向民宿申请免费退款
所以我可以理解为什么我最后是无退款
很遗憾这里的处理方式我觉得没有很好
因为我是紧急身体状况的原因很临时才不能去
然后等了近一天的工作时间都没有回覆
让我以为他们都不会回覆
最后在我明确请求身体不适想申请免费退款时
还在询问我是否真的不行去
觉得这样子的处理方式有待加强

住了三晚！老板的温暖介绍各设备
非常的细心～ 房间不大，但非常干净！
公共区域也是非常整洁干净 还有泡面饮料
让人觉得很舒服温馨

凌晨四点传讯息给老板 竟然秒回覆 ～

老板很亲切、环境干净温馨、备品齐全
冰箱有饮料可以喝，也有餐具等等
好喜欢房间的温馨感，浴室的空间很大，水压很强，给的沐浴用品也很好用
离车站也很近！想住在东大门区域的可以来住这家！

一切都非常完美。唯一不足之处是公共区域或用餐区比较小，如果其他客人做饭、从冰箱拿东西、洗衣服等等，你总是需要挪动一下。不过这只是个小问题。总而言之，这是一次非常棒的住宿体验，下次再来首尔我肯定还会选择这里。

这家旅馆很容易找到，老板也很热情。我住的是豪华双人间，每晚大约53美元，房间大小适合单人或情侣入住。我拥有独立的浴室，通风良好。总的来说，房间整洁干净，但清洁方面还可以做得更细致一些，因为我在床单里发现了两根头发。

公共区域提供茶、咖啡、拉面和小吃。洗衣机和烘干机都是免费使用的。

我觉得主要问题在于其他客人。由于墙壁很薄，我能听到公共区域和隔壁房间的所有动静。有些客人一大早就大声喧哗，还有些客人凌晨四点还在用吹风机。

Dirty and dangerous place. You’ll be surprised how this place looks outside compared to the pictures they show. Also the owners are extremely rude. I overheard the husband a foreign man and wife korean woman both running the place talking about how disgusting are their Chinese guests yet they take their money and pretend to be nice. Disgusting couple. I would recommend any place in Hongdae or Jongro. Trust me you can find a much better place.

Avoid if possible. There are much much much better options for the same price or less. Stay in Jognro area it’s nearby but is much cleaner and safe. Really bad neighborhood, that's why they make an effort to get customers by presenting nice pictures, location is not convenient, bed is as hard as it can get, bathroom doesn’t have a regular shower, curtains are too thin, etc. Overall I couldn’t rest well at all in this place. I found a budget hotel nearby for the same price with a good mattress, proper curtains and services. Btw the landlords are not helpful after you pay.

In October 2016, my girlfriend and I landed in Seoul. We decided to stay at Hostel Vanilla 1 Dongdaenum and it was one of best hotel experiences ever.

The people managing the place are incredibly kind and helpfull, they do not hesitate to make you feel at home.

The place is ideally situated (metro station that leads to almost any important places in Seoul), lot of food stops in the neighborhood ...

The room are comfy with anything you need in order to have a good night sleep. Moreover, the various rooms are extremely clean !

In a nutshell, if you travel to Seoul and you want to live "Seoul", just go for the Hostel Vanilla 1 at Dongdaenum !
