房间宽敞，床很舒服，毯子也很暖和。很喜欢宽敞的用餐区。早餐有鸡蛋、面包和麦片。缺点是牛奶和果汁不太新鲜，而且早餐10点准时收走。晚上10点以后就只有咖啡和茶了。

距离上往十里地铁站4号出口步行约1分钟（只有楼梯），1.1出口有电梯（需过马路），往十里站约10-15分钟，房间清洁，2人入住给了3人间，空间大，热水、暖气充足，早餐简单份量足够。
隔音设备一般，机场巴士要到往十里站乘搭。

如果您正在首尔寻找民宿，这里绝对是您的理想之选。房间干净宽敞，窗户很多。浴室一尘不染，没有霉菌。员工热情友好，乐于助人。早餐的鸡蛋美味可口，是开启美好一天的绝佳选择，也让这里远胜其他地方。强烈推荐！

Stayed here for 2 different nites after touching down seoul on the 1st nite and returning from sokcho on the 2nd. The rooms were spacious, so were the toilets. There was wall and floor heating and hot water bath. For both, the temperature can be adjusted to your liking. The TV had a great selection of channel, even RA-ed ones, lol. But mostly in Korean language. The receptionist and dining area was on the 6th floor. They served coffee, tea, cereal, jam, bread, eggs and butter. You could also cook if u like as they provided condiments like cooking oil, salt, sugar and pepper. The owners or rather the people taking care of the place were friendly and hospitable. Overall, the location was perfect, around 100 m from sangwangsimni station and there were small eats nearby.

Looks Clean and quiet. Public place is well-managed. But they don't clean your room everyday is a defect. If hving breakfast about or after 9am, there will be almost nothing, some passagers bring many eggs and toasts, they don't refill it asap, it is really awkward and not well-impressive.

離市區較遠但離捷運站很近(上往十里4號出口右轉直走一下子就到了)，價格很優惠
房間乾淨舒服，但水不太熱，浴室不是很乾淨(牆角有霉)

靠近上旺十里地铁站。房间非常干净，床和浴室都很舒适。可应要求提供额外毛巾。他们尊重您的隐私。

早餐比较简单（吐司、果酱、鸡蛋），但您也可以选择在外面用餐。

性价比极高。
