我们预订了两晚的住宿。

到达后，我们发现房间状况非常糟糕——和图片完全不一样。房间里的一切都急需翻新：地板开裂，墙壁剥落，房间虽然很大，但里面空空荡荡。浴室很大，但完全没有隐私，浴帘也很脏。

尽管如此，我们还是决定留下来。真正让我们无法忍受的是房间里一股刺鼻的清洁剂气味，即使开了空调、开了窗户一个小时也散不去。这股气味让我们头疼，根本无法待在房间里。

我们去找了前台，她和我们一起去了房间。显然她也闻到了这股气味，并猜测可能是空调散发出来的——但我们告诉她，在我们打开空调之前就已经闻到了。她下楼去问经理是否可以退款，但经理拒绝了。

当我们要求至少退还一晚房费时，前台接待员的态度来了个180度大转弯，声称她根本不知道我们说的是什么味道，也没注意到任何异味——这显然是谎言。

最终我们离开了这家酒店，因为他们根本不在乎。

总之：我强烈建议大家避开这家酒店。我们住过价格相近但条件好得多的地方。

我住过很多青年旅舍，但这家简直是噩梦。

这里没有工作人员，没人会解决你的问题。服务和维护形同虚设。

我是第一个入住的，但他们拒绝给我安排第一排的床位。理由是：床位已满，尽管房间明明是空的。

这里有储物柜，但都关不上。想要锁上，你得自己买一把锁，他们卖5000韩元。

给管理员发信息也没用，他们根本不理我。

房间又小又闷。隔壁床的男人打了一整夜的鼾。总之，没人能睡着，因为他拉着窗帘打鼾。

大堂里除了水什么都没有，连个茶包都没有。

多花点钱，选另一家酒店吧，这附近有很多选择。别重蹈我的覆辙。

我经历过太多类似的糟心事了。今天，我长途跋涉，走了一整天的路才到达目的地，准备开始我的横跨全国的自行车之旅。我打电话预订的时候，他们没有明确告知入住时间；只写着下午3点以后入住，这很容易让人误解。结果，我早上8点10分左右就到了，但所有工作人员都已经下班了，一个人都没有。他们不接电话，还说不能退款。我在大厅等了大约两个小时，实在太累了，就放弃了，去了桑拿房……

Very good hostel. Spacious common rooms and fully equipped with kitchen. Mattresses are great and showers huge. Great location. Can't ask for more

我独自一人入住了一间八人间，房间干净得令人惊喜，考虑到价格，这真是物超所值。前台的男士从办理入住前就非常热情友好，而且一楼的厨房也保持得非常干净，让我用起来很放心。我选择这家民宿是因为它离釜山烟火节很近，步行即可到达，事实证明我的选择非常正确。谢谢！

Everything is unpractical in this hostel. They made it look modern but clearly didn't think about the needs of the travellers. Only 3 showers for about 20 people (in 1 floor), only one hair dryer, and 2 sinks. Ridiculously small kitchen and only 2 tables to eat for about 80 people. There is a lot of space, but it's empty (why don't you put more tables and chairs??) The capsule bed looks nice but is very inconvenient. The bed capsule is high, but the upper part is useless. Nothing to put your luggage, nothing to hang your clothes or wet towels, not a single small shelf in this empty space. (I had to sleep with my big backpack on my bed) Just a bed, that is noisy as soon as you move. And the light isn't at the door but at the back of the bed, so you have to climb over the bed to turn it on. Very unpractical.
They've been answering to reviews for years, saying they will improve, and nothing changes, they don't put any effort in improving the rooms.
Is it that hard to put a hanger or a shelf on every capsule bed ?
I usually love capsule hotels, but this one is the worst I've been to. They could do so much better. Shame.

Stayed for 3 nights in a 4-bed dormitory (it's located in the black building). Everything was good for me. Free luggage storage on your check-in/check-out day (you need to bring your own padlock tho). The place is clean. Plenty of space to put your luggage and stuff in the room. Toilet, shower and basin are separated and shared among 4 people in the room, didn't really have to wait when I was there. Bus stops are just nearby, subway station is further away but walkable. The convenience store is just next door. No WiFi in the room but didn't bother me as I have my own data plan. The only downside is that you have check in before 8-ish.
