Philstay Myeongdong

Awful experience. We booked the place for 5 nights but left after 1 night and went to another hotel. The hotel was not as advertised at all. There was no breakfast, it was extremely noisy at night, the room was really tiny and the walls were extremely thin. The common area was dark and scary. What's even worse is that they did not reply when I contacted them about my experience several times. Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here, especially couples.

这是一家注重性价比的青年旅舍。设施高于平均水平，床铺也保养得很好。

周五和周六入住两晚，单人间价格为74,000韩元。这比民宿的单人间略便宜一些。房间位于走廊中间，所以没有窗户，而且比较狭窄，这符合单人间的标准。如果想要带窗户的单人间，价格会翻倍。旅舍似乎由一位中年男性老板独自经营，他非常友善。旅舍提供简单的早餐。它位于明洞中心地带，交通便利，但找到旅舍本身有点费劲。我想下次还会选择入住这里。

Owner is abrupt and rude as others have said. Cheap and tires to squeeze every penny, cutting corners, even throwing a tantrum about how much water guests use I mean really?Just awful, stay away people, much nice places in Seoul for much better prices!

我在寻找住宿时偶然发现了Philstay。或许是因为价格低廉，我并没有抱太高的期望，结果却惊喜连连。

床垫像酒店床一样柔软舒适，虽然浴室可能没有那么宽敞——而且面积偏小也算是一个缺点——但除此之外，对于单人入住来说非常完美。更棒的是，很多东西都是免费的。从洗衣机到烘干机，甚至还有早餐……

我原本打算退房后只是快速浏览一下早餐区，结果却坐下来慢慢享用。各种果酱、吐司、奶酪和火腿、麦片、牛奶和果汁，甚至还有咖啡和汤！Philstay，如此实惠的价格就能享受到如此多的免费服务！下次我一定会再来的。

가봤던 호스텔, 게스크하우스 중 제일 깨끗했어요~
침대도 편해서 푹 잤는데 침대아래 케리어 넣을 수 있는 공간이 있어서 침대가 높은편이에요~
방안에 있는 화장실에 비대도 설치되어있고 샴푸, 린스, 바디워시가 구비되어있어요.
조식도 깔끔하고 다른숙소에서 나오는 기본구성에 스프나 햄, 치즈가 더 있어서 적당히 배부르게 먹을 수 있어요~
세탁기랑 건조기도 무료로 사용할 수 있어서 장기여행자들에게 좋을 것 같아요!

This place is so bad.
The host is like so offensive and unwelcoming. Check in time is five which is absolute late and still the host did not finish cleaning and he did hovering when I was eating food at the kitchen.
The host kept coughing this time of bad and didnt wear mask. And then suddenly when I was washing a cup myself, he was standing watching me said stop using water for too long. I got embarrassed cos it never happened at a accommodation where i pay and stay. And I just replied back because of caution of the virus. And then he said very offensive way you would better wear mask.
And then he said I dont have money which was none of my businness.
Later he kept talking to me like why dont you wear a mask and still he did not wear a mask either coughing so bad. I just defended got so offened because there is gim on glasses. Cos I wear mask outside and I just made myself relaxed breathing insidr because i was the single one at the time and also in the room. And he kept offended me talking to someone else she refused to wear a mask blah blah. Maybe he d better make it obligatory but he just was asking and he just put the public masks offered away, it was confusing, ungrateful. I dont know whats wrong with the host but he is absolutely unrecommending to guests. He is so much uselessly an offensive ajeossi in neighbor, not a staff. I got so tired and stressed tried to make myself go to place where I want easily one night. If he doesnt want to get guest and serve but only get money, maybe he better not upload his room online.

这是一家很小的旅舍，卧室和浴室都很小，但是服务和其他方面都很好，早餐也相当不错……厨房和洗衣机可以免费使用。如果要我说什么，我会引用一句中国谚语——“麻雀虽小，五脏俱全”。

价格合理。

包含免费早餐，大堂随时供应咖啡和茶。

浴室是韩国经济型酒店常见的类型，马桶、洗手池和淋浴都在一个空间里。

室内需要穿拖鞋。

工作人员非常友好。

地理位置优越，就在皇家酒店旁边。

酒店正对面就有一家便利店。

附近还有街头小吃摊。

请注意，大楼入口处有几级台阶，如果您携带沉重的行李可能会比较困难。

不过，台阶只有七八级左右。

穿过台阶后，您可以乘坐电梯。

Lovely little hostel on the 17th floor.. the staff are extremely nice and friendly always ready to help or offer ideas on what to do... The rooms are just what you need a bed, shower, toilet, tv, aircon and fridge.. nothing fancy just enough for sleeping and showering. The rooms are of a very high standard and the hostel is very clean and tidy.. will be staying here again when I am next in Seoul!
