Yakorea Hostel Dongdaemun

L'hostel est idéalement situé, ce qui est son plus grand atout pour visiter la ville facilement.
Et le prix est abordable.
Cependant, l'expérience est assez impersonnelle : il n'y a personne sur place, l'accueil se fait uniquement via un ordinateur. C'est efficace mais un peu froid.
Le vrai point noir reste l'organisation des chambres : avoir une seule salle de bain pour un dortoir de 13 personnes, c'est vraiment trop juste et l'attente devient vite problématique. Dommage, car l'emplacement est parfait, mais le confort manque à l'appel pour un groupe de cette taille.

淋浴和厕所在同一个房间里，这对于不习惯的人来说可能不太方便，但房间和床铺都非常干净，我睡得很好！房间温度也让我印象深刻。房间里有投影仪可以观看YouTube。

酒店提供毛巾、牙刷和吹风机，非常方便。

早餐也包含在房费里，我下次还想住这里。

这家旅舍性价比超高。早餐准备得很丰盛，有吐司、拉面、水煮蛋等等。淋浴间提供洗发水、沐浴露和毛巾。我觉得在这个价位上，这家旅舍绝对是最好的选择。

我一年出国旅行超过15次，但这家旅馆的环境真是糟糕透了。地板从来没打扫过，能住10个人的地下室空气污浊不堪，霉味扑鼻，我甚至怀疑空气净化器根本就没在工作。厕所和卫生间连在一起，共用一个淋浴和马桶。我这该怎么洗漱啊？我简直不敢相信，因为我本来就很怀疑。更糟糕的是，每张床都没有充电线或小灯。床单和被子感觉像是没洗过，盖在身上痒得难受。睡觉的时候，两根女人的长头发竟然飘进了我的嘴里，真是恶心死了……我真想知道老板是怎么想的，经营这家旅馆简直就像是彻底放弃了！

1. Location is great right next to metro station. DDP is 10mins walk and plenty of eateries/711 around
2. Dorm room isn't bad. Was quiet for the whole time I was there.
3. Beds were decent with privacy curtain, lockers and sockets but no light
4. Toileteries provided.
5. Free simple breakfast of toast, jam, peanut butter, coffee, tea, ramen/soup. Was pretty good tbh

Disliked
1. Only one shower/toilet for a dorm room of 12 beds
2. Kitchen/common area is very tiny and can get crowded during breakfast n dinner times
3. Staff are to themselves, helpful but have a terrible attitude. Dont appear friendly or approachable at all but generally good people
4. No lights in the beds in the dorm room

Really bad, the dorm is in the basement, it stinks, one bathroom between many, very unclean. Didn't really feel welcome, do get to the kitchen from the dorm you basically have to go outside, so when it's winter it's very unpleasant.

The whole hostel smell with unpleasant smell. The room is not clean, i found lot of hairs on the bed. The size of private room is super small, i cant even open my luggage, i have to open it on the bed (room 207).

I have not taken any pictures but I hope this review can help any people on vacation coming here. First of all, great location. 1 minute walk away from both 2 subway lines and a convenience store (CU). Also 10 minute walk from a 3rd subway line which gives great accessibility. The hostel is super lively, and the staff seemed very friendly. You self check-in after 3:00 pm i believe via a tablet and paper that has your name, then you call a number using the phone on the table and get the password to your room. Breakfast is free and you can get toasts, ramen and one egg per person. The kitchen has utilities such at microwave and utensils. I lived on room 404 which is on the side of the building, rooms and their places are straight forward thanks to insignas. If you arrive early you can put your luggage at the lobby there is cctv on it. Once checked in you can change slippers and go to your room. My room was relatively clean, no spotting or bugs. Maybe a bit of mold on the door handle but to me, this isn’t a concern, the sink, shower handle, floor and toilet were clean. To activate the shower, you have to pull the thing connected to the sink mouth. Once you are done, you can push the little button back. The shower hot water was already activated. Bed is super comfortable too. I slept very well. Only down side is no elevator to go up those floors so I have to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the 4th floor 😂 can be a bit tiring sometimes but overall, for the price, I will overlook it and deal with it

it's a very dirty accommodation. Mold inside bathrooms, sooo much dust everywhere- at the entrance, in the bathrooms, in the rooms etc. My bed sheets had many stains on them. They absolutely need to hire someone to deep clean the place.
Also very crowded place.

Pros: close to subway station, convenience store close to hostel, pharmacy and coffee shops.
They wash clothes for 5000 won and you can borrow a steam iron and towels every day.
There is internet.
It's a pity that they have a lot of rooms but they cannot take care of the place properly.
Won't go back there again.
