叶哈多耶旅馆

在仁寺洞附近闹中取静的旅馆，一楼是艺品店，二楼是艺廊但好像暂停开放，三楼以上是宿舍，老板很亲切，环境很舒适干净，店猫咪很可爱，如果下次再来首尔还会考虑这边。有公共厨房，饮水机，冰箱，房间也有电视，冷气等。居住舒适有回家的感觉。

公寓位于仁寺洞，步行即可到达钟路三街，那里晚上会有各种小吃摊。从屋顶看到的景色非常棒。我提前申请了延迟入住，他们也满足了我的要求，这非常贴心。

公共区域配备厨房、微波炉、冰箱、打印机、熨斗和熨衣板。屋顶还有一台洗衣机（但需要查看使用时间）。

这真的是首尔最好的房子了。价格便宜，却能拥有宽敞的独立房间。这里安静又非常干净！

報到時在一樓的韓國禮品店跟櫃台報到，應該是老闆娘，老闆娘會日本語所以溝通日本語可以通，我太喜歡這邊了，之後來首爾旅遊我一定再來。推薦🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

✅優點
這樣價錢便宜，有個人房間，浴室跟廁所要共用唷，非常非常乾淨舒服，每層樓都可以使用廁所浴室，提供很多居家用品微波爐烤箱冰箱料理台，咖啡，頂樓有洗衣機可以使用唷，免費的，如果不晾衣服有免費的烘衣機還有香氛片可以使用，這邊住宿就很韓國居家，外面很多餐廳跟商場，鐘路三街地鐵站走過來大約10分坐又 但我可以接受的距離。退房後可到一樓寄放行李唷 一樓跟房間都是電子密碼鎖管理

沒有電梯，住高樓層搬行李比較辛苦，隔音普通因為會有來自各國的旅客，時差不一樣生活作息看你當天遇到的旅客是哪一國人。但我覺得耳塞就可以解決了

我非常喜欢这次住宿体验。民宿很舒适，房东也很友善，总体来说是个很棒的地方。但是，我必须提醒其他旅客，这里有两种类型的浴室：一种是平开门，另一种是推拉门。请尽量避免使用推拉门浴室，因为它很危险。推拉门从栏杆上掉下来，严重砸伤了我的脚，导致我两个脚趾骨折，缝了好几针。这扇门很重，而且没有安全护栏，所以非常危险。更让我感到意外的是，事发后房东并没有向我道歉，也没有采取任何后续行动，我不得不自己去机场。我并不生气，只是没想到会发生这种事。我希望这个问题能尽快得到解决。在此之前，请大家只使用平开门浴室。

Please be cautious when booking this guesthouse, especially if you are a couple, as they employ questionable practices regarding guest charges.

I booked a double room for 2 adults through Agoda, this was also explicitly stated in my booking confirmation. The booking was of course non-refundable. When I tried to add my wife's name as the second guest via the Agoda app, the option was unavailable. I then contacted the hotel directly through Agoda to add her name.

Their response was that while two people could stay, they would charge an additional W20,000 KRW per night for the second person. This was an entirely unexpected and undisclosed fee for a double room booked for two guests.

I escalated this to Agoda support, providing them with my booking confirmation clearly showing 2 adult guests. Despite Agoda's efforts to mediate with the guesthouse, the hotel continued to insist on the additional W20,000 KRW per night.

Fortunately, Agoda ultimately agreed to cancel my non-refundable booking without any charges and a refund via AgodaCash, allowing me to seek alternative accommodation.

My strong advice: If you are planning to stay here, especially as a couple, be aware that you may face significant and undisclosed extra charges upon arrival. This additional cost would likely be better spent on a much nicer accommodation elsewhere.

This accommodation was brilliant ! Seoul accommodation is expensive so we decided to give this a go as the price was very good and the reviews were all positive. We never stayed in shared guesthouses before so we were sceptical but we’re very impressed. The shared toilets were spotless and there was plenty of them so you never had to wait. The kitchen was also well equipped and spotless. The room was basic, but for the price no problem. The walls were very thin but everyone was very respectful so we never heard any noise from our neighbours. If your looking to save some money and considering staying here honestly don’t hesitate because it’s perfect.

I really enjoyed my time here. The location was perfect. Close to multiple subway trains. The owners were kind and also spoke English. They were willing to answer questions to help with getting transportation. I felt very safe. The home was quiet and each floor had a bathroom. Very nice, very accommodating. I traveled alone, for the first time in Korea. There was a full kitchen and fridge access.
