This was my first time visiting a dermatology clinic where the doctor actually spent several dozen minutes on a personal consultation, rather than leaving it to a coordinator. I was genuinely grateful for the detailed and sincere explanations, even regarding aspects unrelated to procedures. The staff’s care before the application of the numbing cream and after the treatment was also very thoughtful. The doctor’s procedure was meticulous and highly satisfying. I would love to visit this clinic on a regular basis.

I visited this dermatology clinic in Hongdae for the Titanium Lifting treatment and had a really great experience. The procedure was done by the clinic director, who used to perform treatments at the Blue House (Cheongwadae) for top officials — which instantly made me feel I was in very safe hands. During the treatment, the director explained everything clearly and worked with such a steady and careful touch. I felt much more comfortable than I expected, and the staff were very kind and attentive throughout. The clinic is clean, modern, and easy to reach right in Hongdae. Overall, a professional and trustworthy place for anyone looking into lifting or skin treatments in Seoul. Highly recommended!

Marina was excellent. She thoroughly explained all procedures and allowed me to select what was best for me. Prices are great and the environment is really inviting. Polite staff and great treatment options. This place is a must visit if you are looking for a facial or advanced laser treatment.

Unprofessional and terrible service. I waited over 45 minutes and never saw a doctor. Nothing was said to me, just sat and waited and nothing happened. Compete waste of my time. If they didn’t want to see me they should’ve told me so as not to waste my time. Shameful.
