房间的宽敞程度让我惊喜不已，比我们此行入住的其他酒店都要大。床铺宽敞、干净、舒适，让我们在首尔游览一天后倍感放松。

员工也是我们此次入住的一大亮点。每个人都非常友善、热情、乐于助人。

总而言之，我们在 Nabi Hostel Hongdae 的体验非常棒，享受到了便利、舒适和热情周到的服务。

房间非常宽敞，可以轻松完全打开两个大号行李箱。床超级舒服，毯子也很棒，而且每天都提供免费瓶装水。房间设施齐全，应有尽有。

地理位置优越，方便观光——离公交车站和地铁站都很近。此外，工作人员也非常友好。

唯一的不足是毛巾。毛巾比较小，吸水性也不太好，导致洗完澡或洗完头后擦干身体有点困难。真心希望酒店管理层能改进这一点。

Location is great but that was the only good thing. We arrived around 1pm to an empty reception desk. After standing around for 10 minutes a couple who was using the bathroom to change told us that check-in was at 3pm sharp so all we could do was leave our luggage in the lobby hallway, along with other people’s luggage’s. There were no signs or any previous communications letting us know this is how they operate so it was a bit unsettling. After 3pm we came back to check in and was given room 702. The room is small and looks just like the pictures HOWEVER much grimier and dirtier in person. As noted by others before, ripped sheets with very prominent stains. Extremely small shower and toilet combination with dim lighting. My kids were very shocked and uncomfortable with the condition of the room. In the pictures online it looks very minimalist but in person it just looks dingy. We went across the street to DAISO and purchased towels and bath slippers so that we wouldn’t have to use theirs.

A special thank you to the staff member Daniel who helped us — he was truly exceptional. His kindness and genuine care made my children feel safe and gave us a beautiful memory instead of chaos.

The hotel was cozy and clean, but the service is what made our stay unforgettable.

Had a quick overnight layover at ICN, and it was super simple to take the train, get off, walk a few steps to the Hotel (more like hotel than hostel), and then head out to see a very cool trendy part of the city before heading back to the airport in the morning.
Clean rooms, quiet sleep, and no hassle.
