I had an amazing experience at Benjamin Clinic in Gangnam! The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. As a foreigner, I was a bit nervous, but they have a wonderful translator who accompanied me throughout the entire process. She made sure everything was perfectly understood between the doctor and me. The clinic is modern, clean, and the results are amazing. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Seoul!!!

I was disappointed with my overall experience at this clinic. More than the medical care itself, I found my interactions with the staff to be uncomfortable, and I did not feel that I was treated with the level of respect I expected. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective patients to inquire about the clinic’s consultation process and communication style before making an appointment. Their aggressive sales disgusted me.

My girlfriend and I came here while on vacation from San Francisco. The experience was great. The staff was friendly and spoke English well. They had top dermatologists handling the consultation and procedures. They also own all of the latest equipment. My favorite touch was that they create a 3D digital model of your face upon arrival to track improvements over time. Impressive operation.

Amazing experience at Benjamin Clinic in Gangnam, Seoul! I had several treatments and the results are flawless, exactly what I needed/wanted. Special shoutout to Daisy, our English speaking coordinator, she was incredibly kind, patient and helpful, translating everything with the doctor and making the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Loved the AI facial analysis machine that scans your skin and recommends the perfect treatments and products. So high-tech and impressive! The clinic is beautiful, spotless, calm and relaxing, with a perfect location. Highly recommend Benjamin Clinic, ask for Daisy, she’s the best! ❤️

Staff: friendly, experienced Daisy (translator/caretaker) was super friendly, great English, very helpful with all questions and during procedures as a great support. She makes everything less pain and less stress. Price: fair Machines for treatment: new Place looks very new and fresh, good music in the background. They recommend skincare products by company but they don’t sell it so I didn’t feel like they gain money from it. It was the only clinic I went to so I cannot compare but I do recommend!

From start to finish this experience at Benjamin was top notch. The staff was so kind. Daisy, the English interpreter was clear, kind, very communicative. I felt completely at ease and that nothing was hidden from me. My doctor, Dr Eun was top tier. She also was very clear and was empathetic during my procedures. She kept asking if I was ok and kept me informed every step of the way of what she was doing. I did the November scar package, as well double tite and Re2O. Pain wasn’t too bad but when I was doing a fairly painful procedure, dr Eun would warn me. Facilities are very clean and staff and experience were amazing. I’m definitely coming back for another session in 3 months!

The clinic is located in a high-rise building, and as soon as I walked in, I was impressed by the stylish and luxurious interior. The space was clean, modern, and had an upscale feel, which made a great first impression. The doctor was very calm and gentle when explaining the procedure, which helped me feel at ease even though it was my first time getting this treatment. His clear explanations reassured me throughout the process. The staff member who took my before-and-after photos was also kind. The treatment itself was smooth and gentle, without any discomfort. Afterward, my skin looked clearer and felt firmer. Since the results were visible right away, I was really satisfied with the outcome.
