(For anyone considering eye surgery, keep in mind that the doctors will determine the best procedure for you—you have to go in with an open mind, not with a set preference.) To be honest, I felt a little disappointed at first because I had hoped to get LASIK or SMILE, which have shorter recovery times. But I trusted Dr. Park’s expertise and went ahead with LASEK, knowing that while the downtime is longer, the chances of regression in the long run are lower. The procedure itself was quick—about 10 to 15 minutes—but I won’t lie, it was a bit scary for me. Getting your eyes operated on is a nerve-wracking experience, but everything went smoothly. The entire procedure was explained step by step in English, so I never felt lost or unsure of what was happening. Dr. Park and the nurses were incredibly caring, which made the experience much easier. The hardest part was the first night and day after the procedure. My eyes were extremely sensitive to light—I could barely keep them open and had to wear sunglasses even indoors. She was so reassuring, which helped ease my worries (and I tend to worry a lot!). Now that I am back in my home country, Polina and I are still doing follow-ups, which is something I truly appreciate about Glory Eye Seoul. The service is just top-notch. Even though my eyes are still healing, I will continue sending updates to Polina and Dr. Park, and they will still assist and guide me on the next steps. This level of post-surgery care is incredible and really speaks to their dedication to patient well-being. Now, just a few weeks post-surgery, I’m still in recovery, but I can already see so much better. It’s incredible! Recently, I went for a full eye checkup there. First of all, the building is really easy to find because it stands out. Secondly, this clinic is foreigner-friendly and every single step is explained. The prices are affordable, too. I'm considering getting LASIK surgery there in the future.

The quality of care at glory Seoul is unmatched. Gana speaks English, Russian, Mongolian and Korean, and makes you feel at ease as she explains every step of the process. The building is clean and organized, and I felt very comfortable there as a solo English speaking traveller. For my lasik it cost 1400,000 won, and my eye drops were 82,800 won, which is much much cheaper than surgery in Canada. The doctor worked with my tight deadline and had me come back 4 times over the next few days to ensure my eyes were healing correctly before he sent me off. The surgery was quick, uncomfortable and relatively painless, just a strong pressure on the eyeball was the worst part but over quickly. I’m so happy with the care I received, and with my new healing eyes. If you’re looking to get lasik done in Seoul I highly recommend Glory eye clinic.

This place is awesome. We made appointment and surgery for the same day. My wife had the LASIK surgery. After check in we received a escort who was going to translate everything In English. She even went with us to the pharmacy to get the drops. They are very helpful in every aspect. This place was pack from the time we came in. I definitely recommended for any foreigners looking to do the lasik or lasek. The price was very affordable.
