I was referred to this clinic by a very good friend who works as an ambassador for one of the Asian airlines. I made my appointment over a month in advance through Line and WeChat, and both coordinators were great—very responsive and accommodating, especially with my travel schedule. I’ll be honest: after booking my appointment and then reading some of the negative reviews here, I got really nervous. But after actually going to the clinic, I ended up being very satisfied with both the experience and the results. I’ve been to Korea four times just last year and tried many different clinics—everything from “factory-style” clinics to popular TikTok-recommended ones. Unfortunately, I never really saw the results I was hoping for. My post-acne scars were still there, and my face still looked chubby. I’ve done Ultherapy, Titanium, InMode, Potenza (4 times!), Juvelook (3 times), and Rejuran once… and honestly, the improvement was minimal. Because my friend highly recommended this clinic, I decided to give it a try anyway. My appointment was at 10 a.m., and I had a translator staff member by my side the entire time, which made everything much easier and less stressful. The initial consultation with the director was great—no pressure at all. She didn’t upsell me; in fact, she actively looked for deals to help me save money. She even advised me not to do certain treatments I was interested in and clearly told me not to touch my nose, which I really appreciated. I was assigned one doctor, and the same doctor performed all of my procedures throughout the day. I wish I remembered his name, because he was excellent. The way he performed Thermage and Ultherapy Prime felt completely different from my past experiences. Maybe that’s why I saw results almost immediately. Most clinics in Korea have the same machines, but after this visit, I truly believe the results depend heavily on the doctor’s skill, experience, and technique—and this time, I could clearly feel and see the difference. Even during the skin booster injections, I could tell his technique was different from what I’d experienced before. My only slightly unpleasant experience was with some of the assistants—they weren’t the friendliest. That said, they absolutely knew what they were doing. They were fast, efficient, and very experienced. The injections were quick and almost painless, and they opened every package in front of me, which felt very professional. So while they may not be warm and chatty, they are definitely professional. I can understand some of the comments about feeling rushed. The clinic has a one-hour lunch break for staff, and since I had a big buffet breakfast and was there all day, I ended up waiting in the lobby for about an hour. From an employee perspective, I actually respect this. It shows the clinic takes care of its staff. As a customer, I appreciate that—especially knowing some clinics work their employees nonstop from Monday to Saturday with no real breaks. As I’m writing this review, it’s been about 9 days since my procedures. I’m genuinely very happy with the results. I actually enjoy looking at myself in the mirror now. My skin looks bright, hydrated, and glossy—I finally have that “Korean glass skin” look. Just a heads-up: this clinic does charge a booking fee and has a premium price tag (I paid about twice what my mom paid for her procedure). That said, I truly think it’s worth it. If this means I can cut my Korea trips down from four times a year to two and still get great results, I’m all for it. At the end of the day, you really do get what you pay for.
