The staff used a special device to examine their scalps and explain the condition in detail, including what might be causing any issues. They thoroughly cleaned and treated their scalps, then gave them helpful tips on how to care for them at home. The staff was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience both educational and fun. My kids learned a lot, and we had a great experience overall!
