Myeongdong ECO House

地点非常便利, 马路对面就是明洞步行街区, 房间非常干净, 安全, 地板是韩式的地铺, 附近小巷内就有各式各样的餐厅, 便利店, 快递物流站点, 下次再来首尔的首选

这家韩式酒店非常舒适，位置安静，但离夜生活场所只有几步之遥。房间是韩式风格，配有日式床垫。酒店没有电梯，但老板帮我搬了行李。我肯定会再次入住这家酒店。

优点：

位置优越。房间干净。

附近有很多商店、咖啡馆和餐厅。

缺点：

没有电梯。必须自己把行李搬上楼。

没有床，只有日式床垫。所以没有地方可以坐。例如，只能坐在地板上。除非你预订了更大的双人房，否则这里主要适合单人旅行者。

地理位置确实不错，但除此之外，我们非常失望。抵达当天，我们没有收到任何包含入住信息或密码的邮件。我们尝试通过Booking.com联系他们，但他们只能打电话，而我们没有韩国电话号码。等了一个小时后，我们不得不请隔壁的旅舍帮忙打电话办理入住。

没有大毛巾（只有小毛巾，洗澡时非常不方便）。榻榻米床垫也不干净，房间里还有其他人的头发，让人很不舒服。我们尝试联系他们要求加一张榻榻米床垫，但根本联系不上。最后，过了很久才有一位工作人员过来，给我们每人拿了一张，但感觉和只有一张没什么区别。他们应该强调一下，这里提供的是榻榻米床垫。

浴室很小，今天马桶堵了，散发出很重的异味。由于没有立即得到处理，我们只好自己找了马桶搋子疏通。空调操作复杂，而且没有针对英语用户进行调整；要么太冷要么太热。

此外，需要说明的是，我们睡在铺在地上的日式床垫上。虽然我们喜欢硬床垫，但睡在地上完全是另一回事；我们睡得很差。

综上所述，我觉得我为这项服务支付了过高的费用，却得不到应有的体验。

这家住宿适合不太挑剔、喜欢轻松氛围但设施不多的旅客。价格实惠，但我们也找到了其他价格略高、条件更好且距离不远的住宿。

优点：

1. 地理位置优越。靠近旅游景点、地铁站和知名餐厅。幸运的是，我们住的是一楼的房间，所以不用爬楼梯，因为这里没有电梯。

2. 价格非常便宜。

3. 有地暖，但这项设施应该在更多住宿中普及。

4. 提供免费冷热水。

5. 安静祥和。窗户可以打开。

6. 提供吹风机、电源适配器、茶和咖啡、每日更换的干净毛巾、折叠餐桌、香皂和洗发水。

缺点：

1. 通往住宿的通道很陡，如果您经常进出或携带沉重的行李，可能会比较困难。

2. 房间很小。两个28英寸的行李箱放不下。与其他价格略有不同的地方相比，这里可以找到更大的房间。

3. 浴室非常小，设施​​极其简陋。水会溅出来，导致地板开裂膨胀，容易滋生霉菌。马桶也很老旧，没有加热功能。

4. 房间里的应急灯是红色的，而且太亮，对于喜欢黑暗环境的人来说，会影响睡眠。

I've stayed here in the past and really enjoyed the experience. The property is well-located on a quiet street in Myeongdong. It's close to tourist attractions, but there's still a true neighborhood feel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I loved sleeping on the futon. An elevator would have been nice, but stairs are healthier. The property was immaculately clean, and I loved the traditional feel. It felt like a true cultural experience.

I was excited to stay again, but had to cancel my stay at the last minute due to illness. At this point, there was supposed to be a fee involved. They were so lovely during my previous visit, I didn't mind paying because I didn't want them to lose money for the last-minute cancelation. As it turned out, they waived the fee. They didn't have to. They didn't need to.

This may have been a one time courtesy, so I hope no one reading this expects the same or tries to take advantage. In short, this is a solid, clean budget accommodation in a great location run by genuinely nice people. It will always be one of my go-tos in Seoul.

Great service. Friendly and responsive host. Very convenient location a few minutes from train station and main shopping district. Very easy to locate. They have a luggage scale which is handy. Bag storage available. Clean rooms. Great value!

Traveled alone and stayed for two nights. Unbeatable location - 1min to train station and 2min to shopping area, but is on a quiet slope and have a school next to it.
Room is self-contained even with a small fridge, TV has a lot of channels to watch, shower water is strong and well-heated. Shampoo, conditioner and bath gel are provided. Distilled water hot and cold available at the corridor outside room.
Manager/Host is very kind to provide me extra futon and blanket upon request. Check-in and out is self-service and seamless, communication via booking website is fast.
